Attributed to the French furniture designer Leleu.

Jules Leleu (1883-1961) was a French furniture designer. He came from a family of artisans. In Paris he ran a gallery for painting and decoration, called "Maison Leleu". Among other things, he designed rooms of the cruise ships "Ile de France" and "Normandie".

Rosewood with original nickel-plated metal braces.

The front legs in round shape, the rear ones flared.

 

Newly upholstered and covered with leather.
